At Limitless, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process simple and stress-free.
Return Eligibility
- Items marked as “Free Return Eligible” on the product page can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original packaging.
- We do not refund original shipping fees.
- When a gift card or store credit is used, refunds are issued as store credit before credit card refunds.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@elegancebylimitless.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If eligible, we will send you a return shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked FINAL SALE, MADE TO ORDER, CUT TO ORDER, or SPECIAL ORDER
- Installed lighting or wallpaper
- Opened bedding or used textiles
- Gift registry items (eligible for store credit only)
Oversized & White Glove Items
Items labeled as oversized or shipped via white glove service must be returned via freight. These returns are subject to:
- A 15% restocking fee based on original (pre-discounted) product price
- Deduction of original shipping and handling charges
Contact support@elegancebylimitless.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange freight return.
Damage Claims
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@elegancebylimitless.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Please inspect all items before signing for delivery if applicable.
Important Notes
- Color variation due to monitor display is not considered a defect.
- Slight differences in rug size, texture, or color are natural and not returnable.
- Please measure carefully before placing an order. Items refused due to sizing are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
