How do I place an order?

Just add your favorite items to your cart and head to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation via email once it's placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Limitless gift cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@elegancebylimitless.com and we’ll try to help.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship in the US and 27 other countries. See at checkout if eligible for shiping.

What’s your return policy?

Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What items can't be returned?

Items marked FINAL SALE, made-to-order, opened bedding, and used or assembled products cannot be returned.

How do I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned for store credit only. Please contact us with your order or gift receipt details.

What if my item is damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I use a gift card or store credit?

Enter your gift card or credit code at checkout. Your balance will be applied automatically.
